I immediately contacted Jeremy while the driver was still here, who asked me to send him photos and then stopped by the next morning to inspect. He thoroughly checked the sod, agreed with my assessment, issued me a full credit for all 4 pallets, and recommended that I order their Oregon sod instead. The Oregon sod that was delivered was of very high quality, and has done so well in my backyard. Its dense, and dark green and quickly took roots. I’m very satisfied with their services and appreciate all the help they provided to make things right!”
