I appreciate their quick and proactive communication. Sean provided me updates along the way, sent me data from the install that was requested, and are always quick to respond to texts/emails. “We stumbled on this store back in August 2019. I was so pleasantly surprised with what they had to offer, and was totally taken with their new line ‘Surface by Serax’ from overseas. They have absolutely gorgeous camo green cast iron pans, pots and casserole dishes that I have never come across before. After talking to the owners who were incredibly helpful, I found out that they are the first company in North America to carry the brand. I currently own the large casserole dish, but will be expanding my collection soon to all of the pots I can get my hands on. I have had so many compliments the three times that I have used the unique dish, that my family members across North America will be purchasing a few items as well. “Excellent and efficient service. Was able to schedule an alignment easily and quickly, and Liberty Bay did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also asked if they would do a visual check on the integrity of a rust repair done by another shop several years ago to the body frame. They made the visual assessment and gave it a thumbs up. They also offered an assessment of my vehicle’s ball joints (needing repair work in the next year) and a couple other minor items that will require attention down the road. This is the first time I have used Liberty Bay Auto Center, and I will be returning to them for additional service work on my cars.”
