“I moved in using the kiosk originally, which was extremely unhelpful and didn't even tell me where my parking space was or where the facility's pedestrian exit was. I had to use the bathroom and couldn't find the exit because I was that desperate for a bathroom so I ended up having to literally jump the fence to get out (and I am NOT the kind of person who normally does stuff like that!!!!). Thankfully the next time I went to visit I ran into Larry who helped me get all set up, and showed me the correct space for my vehicle (I had guessed wrong earlier!). If you go, I highly, HIGHLY recommend calling ahead or something so that you can go during a time when the facility is actually staffed. Checking in using the kiosk is an absolutely terrible experience. Thank you Larry!”

“I got a betta 2 weeks ago. Haven’t had a fish since childhood, yes in a bowl too, yikes. This is my re-do. I researched, got my tank cycled, 5.5G, some plants (hope they will grow out more), hardscape, filter and heater with light. He seems happy so far. Follows my finger around, eats well, active swimmer and enjoys adding bubbles to his nest. Nikki was helpful and friendly. I’m hoping to start another tank in the future and will revisit here as the store is clean, organized, and well stocked.
