Unfortunately, it was bad news, and the doctor was very kind to me, and was answering all questions as well as offering info I didn't think to ask. I truly appreciate how much my cat was cared for by the very first visit! I will bring any future animals here. All of the support staff also were extremely kind even though I kept calling for updates! Trisha (Tricia?) was especially sweet and sympathetic towards me. Dr. Vance is who we worked with, and I highly recommend this clinic!”
