“I made an appointment a week before for 11 o’clock. I showed up at 10:30. Thinking I might be able to get in and get out pretty quick. Little did I know that one of the towers in the area had went down. The store was packed. There was only two associates in the store. One was dealing with a customer that looked like it was taking a while. The other(the reason for the 5 stars) was getting to everyone as fast as he could. This man was dealing with irate customers and getting people in and out with a very level head. There were a few times I could see he was getting frustrated as well were the customers, but he handled himself very well. After getting all of the other customers taken care of(he had realized I was there and I was getting new phones so mine was gonna take longer than everyone else’s so I waited) he was finally able to help me. We were helped by a very nice young man who was from the Carroll, Iowa store filling in for for another employee at the Stoughton store so she could get away for a vacation. My husband and I are both in our 70's and Jordan was super patient and knowledgeable explaining everything to us and our options that would work best for our needs and he made sure that we understood what needed to be done and how to do it. Everything went smoothly with notes he sent with us and we were able to get everything hooked up successfully at home. We usually don't write reviews but we felt this young man needed the recognition for being a great Verizon employee, someone the company can be proud to have working for them. We highly recommend Verizon and are very happy with our new internet connection far superior to what we had with previous carrier.”

However, I wasn’t sure which lamp to get so I got Derek the manager to come out and look at my car, pick out the correct one, check out AND he installed it for no charge in less than 5 minutes. “I know 3 year olds are as consistent as an ocean during a storm - one moment they are a ball of incredible happiness and literally the next moment there is a tirade of "No no no no..." - but one of the things that has been very consistent with our daughter the past month or so since starting at Kiddie Academy is her love for the place. Not only do I literally have to run after her as she sprints across the parking lot to go inside and play with her friends, but she is always very happy when she comes home, not to mention it is clear she is learning and developing here. The teachers and staff clearly care for our children - they all greet her by name and are always very welcoming - but they also care for the parents. To me this is most notable in the consistent and regular communication, which my wife and I find to be hugely important to have considering our daughter spend a good bit of time there. Between the various learning sessions and play time, I think this place has a great balance of learning and fun, which is how it should be considering they're 3 years old and should enjoy their little life before it gets too serious. In addition, we look forward to this summer fun and the soccer league! Last thing to mention is the facilities are great. The building and classrooms are very open and clean, and everything feels very welcoming and pleasant. We're happy, but more importantly, our little girl is happy and, as we all know, she's the real boss!”
