“Although I have had very good experiences, I recently moved into Medicare Advantage Balance and spouse into Assurance, and our drug costs per month have exploaded to well over $1250.00. The issue is the donut hole, and we were not especially informed about this even as we were given a list of the costs of drugs we use while on Balance/Assurance by a salesperson. Trust me, the high cost was certainly not included, so when the pharmacy told us the cost, absolute shock and disbelief. In the end and after much, much discussion with billing, we have now learned that our total yearly drug costs will be in the range of $15,000.00. Certainly this expense ought to have been shared but we were simply told the drugs we listed were rather inexpensive. So, I urge Dean to tell its sales people to fully explain the donut hole, and have a much better description of it in their brochures. Keep in mind that we also have several thousands in out of pocket, as well, and as one with a number of health issues, these costs are certainly not welcome.”

“At the end of March, my index finger had a little run in with a table saw. This was right when the pandemic had all healthcare facilities mostly shut down. My wife drove me to the Stoughton Hospital Emergency Room and they immediately took me in. I was treated with the utmost care and the entire ER staff was great and stitched me up with 13 stitches. A few days later, I returned with a bad infection in my finger which required orthopedic surgery and an overnight stay. Dr. Rawal performed the surgery. Five months later and my finger is in excellent shape! Dr, Rawal did a fantastic job on the surgery and followed up with several visits during my recovery. The entire staff at Stoughton Hospital were so friendly, caring, and professional. We are extremely fortunate to have such a top-notch facility in our community. I highly recommend the ER, Urgent Care, Ortho Department and Stoughton Hospital in general. By the way, the ”hospital food” is really good too! The omelettes are amazing.”

“As a mom the childcare is more important to me than any other amenity. The girls working there are fabulous and know my kids by name. I’m super comfortable leaving them with them while I workout, and my oldest begs me to go back which is amazing! As for the gym, I think some of the equipment could be updated, the benches/bars remind me a lot of a gym on a military base we used to use, and that equipment was easily from the 70s. There’s lots of different areas to exercise which is great and I use the track more than I thought I would.”

“June 2018 - Great visit! I have two girls, ages 8 and 10, who have seen Dr 'CC' Cecilia for the past 2 years. Previously we were located in Wausau, Wisconsin. CHILDREN'S LIKEABILITY: My girls enjoy going to their appointment. One of my girls has Down syndrome and also is very comfortable with the atmosphere and people! As an involved parent I know she and my other daughter are receiving the care they need. X rays go well and staff is patient to give time for a child to adjust. Dr CC and her staff are friendly, open to questions and take quality time with their patients! I appreciate it visits and the personalities of the staff! KIDS LOVE: After your child's cleaning they get 1 or 2 coins to use in the reception/lobby area in a machine. Machines (16) have fun prizes in them to choose from. DOCTOR: Great, multiple options, see website DENTAL HYGIENIST: Great, we had 'Barbie ' STAFF: Great, works with changes in scheduling! Organized and efficient. HOURS: See website. ATMOSPHERE: Not large but open and bright. Waiting area has reception, adoring area, 2 tv's with children's shows and two game areas for children to play video games. AVAILABILITY: Great, keeping in mind you still need to plan for any appt. The staff groups my girls together. Also have a cancellation list if you'd like to be placed on. LOCATION: Excellent. East Madison within 1 mile of Sun Prairie and off Hwy 151, easy access on and off highway.”
