“Question. By baiting mouse traps, are you actually attracting more mice? According to my landlord Riverwood Apartments-yes! According to everyone else I've talked to...including 3 pest control professionals-no! I've had mice legit scurry across my bare feet...in my own home ???? ...I have caught 5 mice now (since Sunday), all with bait on my traps...but just wondering how one would catch a mouse without bait? I've bought my own traps/set my own traps/disposed of the mice all myself...and will now have to clean my floors as they are now covered with a ton of mouse droppings...but instead of your landlord putting a band-aid on the issue and have these mice keep coming in/living God knows where?? ...why don't y'all hire professionals who take care of the issue ASAP...but instead of I get to come come home to an apartment infestation of mice. I have 2 dogs, so I cant even set traps around my apartment, (only in the laundry room so I can shut the door), but it is a little disgusting and actually scary to know this is what I'm living with! ???????????? please share/let me know your thoughts! Thanks!!! Update 11/20/2018. Riverwood has taken care of this situation by bringing in a professional exterminator. They also cleaned up and checked in the past few days. I have not had any signs of mice since this happened. Staff even wrote an apology note, with all their signatures, saying they'd remain in contact until the issue was fixed, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking care of the issue :)”

“Definitely love our first upgraded apartment here. Love the space with the two bedrooms. There's been changes in management since we've moved in but things seem to be going well for the most part. They really need to pull out and replace some carpeting/flooring in our common hallway and elevator. It's dirty and looks like it's been there for many many years. Other than that am happy we chose to live here.”
