“We rented here from August 2022-2023 and I can't recommend Northpointe enough! I was skeptical about living in an apartment building because of all the horror stories you hear about bad neighbors, noise, etc... But our experience this year has been great. The apartments are huge and well-maintained (a rarity in the Milwaukee area unless you want to pay 2k a month) and it was nice having a balcony! They allow lights and decorations and stuff so we made ours a cozy place with potted plants and a light strip. They're constantly doing improvements and cleaning and it keeps the whole place looking really nice. The apartments are very soundproof as well- I think we only heard our neighbors like once or twice in the year we've been here. Jodi is a really sweet building manager and responds quickly and professionally to emails and is usually available during normal hours in the week. She has been very accommodating to us and it made our time here even better. Oh, and they vet people very closely when accepting applications, so all our neighbors are really nice people and most of our interactions have been so friendly! It's a very safe area and I've never had to worry about anything being stolen or damaged. If I move back to the area, I'd love to live here again!”
