  I love getting my mornings started with PowerCycle . The environment is always welcoming and I love the attention to detail inside. I have had a number of instructors based on days I can go and they have all brought something new to the class.
  
  Music changes to keep your interest as well as the style of the class changes. I have never been diligent about doing arm strengthening while cardio training yet PowerCycle has really combined the two beautifully. Highly recommend PowerCycle to anyone needing a change up in workouts or if you just need extra motivation! The days I go to PowerCycle I feel very ready to take on my day and my week!

  Perfect location to hit up before or after my shift. Clean environment. Instructors push you and have great music to pump up the ride.

  This is an amazing studio! The owners, instructors, and front desk personnel and are very friendly and helpful. The classes are challenging and exciting; I always have fun and have a good laugh or two. The recovery period is always reinforced by an amazing positive message and it really pumps me up for the last few tracks. The classes always have different music which is really refreshing, and each instructor has their own style. I was always a runner, but tried out a few classes here and I was hooked! The first class is free, which is awesome! I tried it out and I haven't looked back! I've brought my mom and my sister here for classes and they both felt it was a great workout! I definitely recommend checking out PowerCycle ASAP!

  PowerCycle is hands down the best gym/ community I’ve ever been a member of! The atmosphere, instructors, and owners are all great!

  I was hesitant to join PowerCycle, but after my first ride (which is free!), I found myself paying for singular classes, and then ultimately jumping on the unlimited monthly package! The owners are awesome, the instructors are great and gear classes to ALL fitness levels, the music is a mixture of old & new, and best of all.. it's a solid workout. In 45 minutes I've burned anywhere from 5-800 calories and between doing Body Pump or a regular spin class, you are bound to get a great workout in at the several class times they offer daily/weekly. Come for your first ride.. sit in the front, sit in the back, either way you're bound to leave feeling energized and sweaty!
