“Tosa Dental truly cares about their customers. They proactively communicate things such as appointment reminders, updates to any policies (especially relevant in today’s world), and more. Once there, they do a fantastic job of explaining what they plan to do ahead of time, along with while they are doing it. To me, it’s the little things and great communication that makes Tosa Dental stand out. The facility is very clean and welcoming as well. They have a great, friendly staff from the front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Allmann herself.”

Fast forward a few months and I'm writing this while I recover and things are looking great. “Luther Manor is a wonderful place. My mother in law is 96 and has been there for seven years. We have found all the staff we have ever dealt with to be wonderful, caring, and ready to listen. The facilities are beautiful and clean. I don’t know how they do it, but you don’t smell bad odors (ex. urine smells, etc). Other nursing homes should learn from them. My mother in law is happy there and often mentions how nice the staff is. We are happy too. The nurses have even gone out of their way to FaceTime us twice during the shutdown due to the Covid-19 virus. The guard (a retired Milwaukee police officer) at the US Government Office I worked at had a wife who worked there as a nurse for 28 years. She loved working there and he would volunteer there because it was such a positive place. He would often tell me that if he ever needed a nursing home, this is where he would want to go. As a result, when my mother in law needed a place seven years ago, we were thrilled to be able to get her in. We have never regretted that decision.”

“I was treated at Team Rehab for neck problems then continued with therapy after a recent shoulder repair. I was just cleared after the great care I received. I was treated by Scott Behring along with help from John and Vic. I was pushed to work hard and it paid off! The atmosphere at Team Rehab is nothing like I have seen before. Everyone is always in a great mood, happy to see you walk in and are always ready with a greeting that makes you feel good. The friendships I made there will last forever. None of the hard work seems so hard when you are guided and encouraged by your friends. If you listen to their directions and trust they know how best to treat you, you will be just as successful as I was. I know the LIFE SAVERS at Team Rehab have given me my life back. I plan to keep up with the numerous exercises I was taught there. I would not hesitate to return if needed, but I hope that doesn't happen. “If you’re seriously looking for help towards your recovery but aren’t sure who to choose? Being a former patient of Dr. Kurter, I can honestly say that if you truly want to get better and are willing to give 100%. Dr. Kurter will give you 110%. He genuinely cares, very understanding and more than fair. I had been in and out of inpatient/outpatient programs, over 12 years I easily saw 10-15 different doctors throughout the years. The ONLY Dr. that was able to help me get on the vivitrol shot was Dr. Kurter which event I was clean for a year and a half under his care. The only Dr that stuck it out with me through my not so good times. Anyone that has ever asked me for a Dr that could help them get better, I always mention Dr. Kurter as the best Dr. you can possibly have. If he can get me to stay clean for a month let alone 18 months, he can help anyone. Thank you Dr Kurter!”

“Called about confusion with absentee voting on the computer and getting a ballot last week and got a patient explanation of how it works and how the system requests get prossesed by hand so that's why it wouldn't confirm it was being sent right away like I expected. I really want us to have a better system for mass absentee voting or vote-by-mail. That's a legal thing that needs changing along with getting a ranked vote so you could pick your top candidates in an election and not get burned voting for your ideal but unlikely winner. With the mail vote, people would vote more, elections could be spread out over time and so be more easily run and monitored. With the ranked voting, going 3rd party and seeing if enough people vote that way wouldn't be penalized so bad that we have little choice and make "hedging" second rate decisions just to get someone half decent.”
