“Was there about 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. We weren't sure they were open because the lot was empty. We decided to check and luckily they were open. Clean inside and outside, must wear mask to enter and every other table or booth available due Covid regs. Ladies bathroom also very clean. Great retro vibe- decor like jukeboxes, Marilyn Monroe/ Elvis posters, and old signs. Black and white floors with red and white vinyl booths and chairs. Wide variety of food- breakfast all day, burgers, steaks, chicken, special menus for kids and for seniors. I had the chopped steak with salad and baked potato. My dad had a meatloaf dinner he very much enjoyed, and I shared a slice of the 3 layer carrot cake with my dad. It was all delicious. Our waitress Angel was very sweet ?”

Only downside was they have that masks are required yet their employees were not wearing them because as I walked in I saw them put them on and one person had it below his nose[which is pointless to wear one at this point]. “I came here for the first time and used the drive thru around noon. Asked for a winter blend medium iced coffee I was claiming for free on the DD app. No problem. I pull up to the window to scan my code to redeem it and it wouldn’t work. The cashier kept trying to scan it but it wouldn’t redeem on his end. He was very patient and called over a manager. After some more attempts he just handed me the coffee without any charge and comp’d it. Sorry to have held up the line for everyone but I appreciate their efforts to help me and honor the promotion! Will be back.”

The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic. The employee was friendly despite the backed up line. “I have been living in this apt for 3 years and im loving it. I am deaf and it met all of my needs that are accessible such as flashing lights for doorbell, phone and main entrance so I know who's there. Its really neat to have full communication for deaf seniors. Many activities for me to join. No more loneliness for me. Please ignore Delores' comment because she didnt live there. She was a caregiver for a sweet guy. For some reason she stopped working for him. He has to go to the hospital. Delores did not return his key and stole his dog. When he returned home he was upset to learn that she wont return his dog till he pays her $1200 for the dog's gum surgery. Delores never ask him if she can do that. He was so depressed that he overdosed. Yes...he died. We, the residents were Devastated! We refused to talk to her. So that's why she rambled about many exaggerated things. Please do come and visit this beautiful apartment.”
