“I have visited this location a few times and it seems like every time that I visit here, there's a wide variety of all sorts of items. Most of their shelves a full of products, and their staff could be seen pushing tall pallets of products, across the sales floor. I wasn't really looking for anything if particular, so I guess I was just doing some window shopping. Also this place had a good crowd of shoppers, during the time that I came to visit. You will not be disappointed if you shop at this location.”

“Having visited a local business in the area I was craving something sweet and on my way to the freeway entrance. I did a quick search and this place popped up so I stopped by to grab a cupcake. The store is adorable and has a great flavor selection for their cupcakes. They even carry mini cupcake samplers as well as adorable pupcakes for your fur babies. Choosing a flavor was hard but I finally settled on a lemon coconut one. The worker was super friendly and boxed it up to go in a super cute pink box. I really appreciated that the box had an insert to make it easy to travel and arrive in one piece. It made it from Newport News to Williamsburg without issue. The cupcake was absolutely delcious with a beautiful and delicate crumb that managed to hold up to the buttercream. It was absolutely luscious! My one small critique is that the lemon was super faint and I mostly tasted coconut but that did not take away from my enjoyment whatsoever.”

She offered her expertise in planning and worked with me for the design. She had many flavor options and for me, the texture was excellent and one of the reasons I wanted her to make the cake. My only regret is not having a groom’s cake because I know she would have done an amazing job. We loved the cake and got lots of great feedback from guests. Also, on the actual day you want to have pros that can deliver without a lot of direction. Anna worked with the florist and coordinator with no issue. Absolutely one of the best decisions we made during planning the big day was using Cakes by Anna!”

“I recently received a gift box of assorted chocolate covered nuts, dried fruits dipped in chocolate along with plain nuts and chocolate bars. I had received 3 boxes of chocolate during my recovery from surgery and this box of assorted treats was by far the most creamy and the best quality chocolate. The presentation of the boxed gift was lovely. It also had a gift card and a message from the person who actually packed the gift box. My favorite was the chocolate covered almonds. The almonds were salty and covered in a rich Belgian chocolate. The combination of the salt and sweet was a perfect combination. I have to admit that I haven't tried the chocolate bars with dried fruits and coconut in them yet. I'm trying to make everything last so I'm portioning the gift box and nibbling on a little everyday. “I had to run into Walmart yesterday to fix an honest grocery pickup mistake. Never in my life have I seen such great customer care or been taken such great care of myself. Upon arriving to customer service, I witnessed Marie ( she appeared to be customer service manager or maybe just a manager, im not sure) go out of her way to take care of the needs of an elderly women, she kindly asked the other guests if they would allow the elderly woman to go first ( this woman was struggling to stand). The other guest were kind enough to let the lady go ahead of them. The manager then contacted another employee to grab a gentleman that worked there to help the elderly lady get to her car and load it. The manager also helped another lady in the line who was elderly take care of her needs timely and efficiently. I’ve never seen a team work so well together and this manager was the glue. Marie was encouraging and respectful to everyone especially her employees, the other employees were happy to pull together and keep everything running smooth. Marie also greeted everything with a smiling face and was attentive to what they were saying. Customer service was super busy that day but wait time was not long for anyone. I was helped quickly and then the lady in charge of grocery pickup , Abrianna (I probably miss spelt that) was quick to come help me. She graciously walked with me to grab the items I needed, bagged them, and walked me out so that I would have no trouble. She also told me if I ever had items missing from my pickup order to simply call and they would bring the items to my car. I was so impressed with the customer care from everyone. Especially these two ladies. I hope this review gets to the big bosses because these ladies and Walmart team are doing an excellent job. Seriously best experience I’ve ever had in a store.”
