The bakery has amazing looking baked good (i didn't try but I plan to on next visit). Service was the only think that knocked it down. Might have caught everyone on a rough day but from moment I walked in nobody was very friendly. Easy to overlook when the food is good though. Perfect brunch location.”

“We have always loved Puffy Muffin for their great food and equally great service, and today was no exception! We stopped by late in the afternoon for a birthday cake. Caitlin was extremely sweet and patient with us as we tried to decide which flavor cake to get. Although the cake decorators were already gone, Molly graciously offered to do it on the spot for us. “Donut star has recently come under new ownership (at the time of this review) and all I can say is they are doing a phenomenal job. The family that runs it are very friendly, helpful, and service oriented. When we visited in mid-May (2020) we tried a variety of a dozen and were delighted by the quality of the donuts. The dough is wonderful: fluffy where it should be fluffy, and crispy where it should be crispy. The cake donuts are nice and light on the inside and crispy on the outside, and all their icings are delicious! We’ve been back every weekend since and will continue! They’ve earned our loyalty after this first 6 weeks!!!”

This was my 3rd visit there. I got a chocolate bar, a sugar donut and an old fashioned. The guy threw in a free donut too, I'm guessing because it was late in the day.
