We were in over draft once because a deposit didn't clear on time. They forgave the charges. I have been unable to make a deposit to a student's account in a big bank, but had no problems at Firefly. I am able to do banking for my son who lives overseas without a problem. I haven't paid any fees for years. If you need a bank this is the one.”
