“I could go on about how nice Joe is and how reasonable his prices are, but what really stood out to me was his willingness to solve my problem. I went in yesterday for a new tube and tire, and 5min after leaving the tube popped (Due to an issue with the rim) I called Joe up and he got me back in today, fixed my rim, and replaced the tube a second time, all at no cost. Exceptional customer service goes a long way! Will definitely be coming back for future needs.”

“This is like the Costco of anything sports related, huge selections and very helpful staff, only knocked a star off cause it was hotter in the store than it was outside. If they didn't want to turn on A/C it's understandable as the store is gigantic, but a few well placed fans would have been nice.”

“After a long time not purchasing I returned to BSC to order a order a pair of tires. After placing order received the automated order confirmation. Two days after placing order I sent email asking about order status. BSC responded the day after that order would be shipped in 2-3 business days which they did. Satisfied customer.”

“I rented a bike here before burning man and it was the easiest and most pleasant shopping experience I've had in a very long time. The people here are lovely and helpful, the bikes all held up beautifully in the dusty nightmare we put them through and they even have a little camp at the burn to repair your bikes if anything goes wrong. I HIGHLY recommend this place and doubt I'll ever go anywhere else!”

“Found this shop because I heard Scott was the man to work on Sur Ron’s. He’s done a lot of great work for me and some friends on our bikes, plus the service was super fast. I highly recommend this shop, especially for Sur Ron stuff - since it’s hard to find shops willing to work on them”

“This is the place to buy your bike. I received EXCELLENT customer service. The owner was so GREAT and Scotty, who services the bikes, he worked on my bike that was from Wal-Mart. It was a wonderful experience and am grateful they were part of bringing my son's smile back.”

“We've bought every generation of the cyclone motor kit for our fleet of pedicabs (Austin Pedicab). The newest, however, is by far the best. The price is dramatically lower than the previous generations, and the install takes considerablyless time. As an added bonus, we found that in our the last order of 15 kits the motors accidentally had been upgraded with steel gears. The steel gears seem to be more efficient and more powerful. So, that's my recommendation: the 4000W cyclone kit with steel gears.”

“I am impressed. With that said, I am a very hard person to impress; but the folks at Cycletherapy Bicycles are the last of a dying breed. Their attitude, knowledge, facility, inventory, pricing and friendliness are unmatched by any other local bike shop that I have been to. No pushy sales, no condescending vibes, this place was awesome. After buying several bicycles over the past couple months from other stores, I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. 100% worth the drive, will definitely be driving past the other 6 or 7 cycle shops to get back to here. Thank you for the great experience, you treated me the same way I treat my clients - with respect and full transparency.”

“There are businesses that have customers, and then there are businesses who have fans. I'm a fan A-1 Cycling! I cannot stress enough how amazingly easy and enjoyable my purchasing experience was at A-1. Not only does A-1 employ friendly and knowledgeable people, the owner, Colin, is an exceptionally customer-service oriented leader. Most importantly, he understands and appreciates his staff and customers. Due to circumstances beyond Colin's control, I was unable to purchase the mountain bike I wanted after driving four hours from Virginia Beach to Woodbridge. The traffic, as luck would have it, was a disaster. So, I arrived much later than anticipated. Rather than have to drive an additional six hours to and from Woodbridge, Colin met me in Richmond a few days later to personally deliver the bicycle. Not only did he save me an additional 1.5 hour of travel time each way, he also mounted the tires I purchased himself. Even more impressive was the fact that he delivered a second bike to another customer at the same location to save the gentleman the cost of shipping. Wow! Who does this kind of thing anymore... Colin does, that's who! In today's world when businesses are hyper-focused on profit, it is refreshing and commendable to meet a business owner who focuses his attention on what truly matters - the customers. Thank you A-1!”

“I don't know why you go to big box stores for keys. I'm sure they have a money back guarantee, but isn't it better that it works the first time? I have had literally hundreds of keys made at Kitsap Key and Bike. I had to return one because a new guy used the wrong blank, and of course they fixed it for free. They're knowledgeable and will be honest with you if something isn't possible. This is also the place to go for car key fobs and battery replacements. They're cheaper than the dealership and faster.”

“I am 7’2” (IG @7foot2doc) and I regret that it took me so long to order a bike from Zinn! I ordered the 4XL titanium frame with a Bosch motor and 29” tires. I love it and it fits me perfectly. Often I ride it without even using the motor. Also thank you Nick for helping me chose the right components… you guys are awesome.”

“Called ahead to make sure they had what I needed. Brought my Rocky Mountain Thunderbolt right in and swapped out a sheered derailor cable and ferrel. Pleasant and polite, soo much better than some of the other shops that make you wait and over charge. Highly recommended.”

“On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day. Tim C Knoxville, TN”

“Amazing customer service! Bought a golf bag attachment for our evolution golf cart (which you can't find anywhere) and arrived so quickly (we are in MN)! We had an issue with a broken plastic piece - I let them know and they got back to me WITHIN THE HOUR to let me know that it was being replaced and sent - piece will be here by next week. I would HIGHLY recommend using eWheelz to outfit your cart! Thanks so much!”

“I was in the middle of the Tour Divide bike race and was having horrible knee pain. I spent a day icing my knees in a hotel in Lincoln, Montana but it was not enough. I knew without a fit adjustment I was not going to make it. I was getting desperate sitting in my hotel googling bike fitters. I had never contacted Chris before. He responded almost immediately during his vacation and helped me out. While it was not a proper bike fit as it was over the phone with photos, it helped tremendously and allowed me to continue. I couldn't believe how willing he was to help. Highly recommend.”

“Don finished a custom build Cervelo Caledonia 5 for me. Not only did he do an excellent job completing the last item that I didn’t want to do - internal brake line routing. He also went through the whole build that I did and improved on my work in a couple of areas.”

“We love our recumbent trikes and Laid Back Cycles has been great to work with. They patiently answered all our questions, provided an excellent facility for testing out various trikes, and prepped our trikes for a customized fit. We've had so much fun riding these!”
