“Store was great. Plenty of associates walking around available for questions. They had everything plus more I was looking for in stock. My only complaint is the restrooms and changing rooms. Both of those could use more attention throughout the day. Checkout was fast and easy!”

“We were in need of a kayak today. I pushed the button for help and a store associate named Anna swiftly came in and helped us out. She was a beast! She got that 45 pound kayak and escorted us to the front of the store no problem. So very helpful and asked if we had any further questions. She then helped us get it into our truck and all together we had a great experience with her. She deserves a raise. Keep up the great work Anna!”

“Great work, at a fair price, that is done in a reasonable amount of time! The owner and his staff are just good people who provide bike repair/maintenance services and sales. I'd recommend Falls Wheel & Wrench over any comparable service provider you could find in the area (stow, Kent ...).”

“Always top notch service at Weber’s. Josh’s knowledge and skills are unbeatable. Couldn’t ask for a nicer owner, Tim. I’ve purchased 2 bikes from Weber’s for myself, 1 for my wife, and 1 for my daughter. It’s really the after sale service and support they provide that keeps you coming back. Thank gents!”

“I added a lovely lavender around the block beach cruiser 26” to my collection of bikes. I need an easy daily crusier for the beach. My sixthreezero bike was purchased via Amazon. Bike was easy to put together with help from the instructional YouTube video. I added a milk crate to the rear rack to carry my bag to and from work. I get many compliments on the color and style.”

“Ive lived next to this place all my life and just discovered how great the service is!!!! I asked a question on their website, they replied within an hour, walked in, not appointment, walked out within an hour 😁 there was another guy in there with a Yamaha "exotic" compared to my "toys r us" bike but they made both bikes feel welcomed and looked after! Definitely recommend and now i can see why they have 5 stars 🌟 out of dozens of reviews. I Do Feel Pressured To Give 5 stars But Im Editing My Review to 4 Stars Until I May Require Help From Them Again.”

“Starting as a complete novice, I’ve taken 2 mountain bike clinics with Riverside Cycling. After the first clinic, being as novice as they come, I and others in the group were able to safely go down a set of stairs at Forest Hill Park at the end of the clinic! The clinics get students prepared to hit the trails with confidence, understand trail etiquette, inspect bikes for safety, and most importantly, have fun. The instruction through Riverside Cycling has been welcoming to a sometimes intimidating sport, very encouraging, and effective for me.”

“I took my Intense mountain bike in to check out the the creaking around the suspension bearings. Dominic’s initial assessment was on the money. Unfortunately due to lack of periodic maintenance by previous owner and parts lead times it took a while to finalize the bearing replacement. Throughout the process Nick and his team were all hands on deck. They made sure to not take unnecessary risks that could jeopardize the carbon frame. They were very friendly and kept me in the loop. Because it took longer than initially anticipated Nick made sure that I had a bike to ride so that I was not inconvenienced. My bike finally got completed and I couldn’t be more happier. More importantly I enjoyed the human element to the customer service they provided. Nick and his team are doing things the right way and I will go out of my way to make sure that anyone looking for a fair treatment and quality work knows it. Thank you Dynamite team.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this S&S location especially the bike shop. Jason and Jonathan always take care of my bike and cycling needs (parts/upgrades, service etc.) and the staff even addresses me by name when I come in. Probably means I spend too much time in there ha ha.”

“If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the only store you need. The team there works hard to keep the store clean and ready for all your outdoor sports needs. I got my Super73 e-bike there and couldn’t be happier. They have sharpened and waxed my skis and tuned my mountain bikes so all my equipment will run perfectly for years to come. As a ski instructor, I trust this place to have anything I need for the terrain I ski and train on. If you have always gone to the typical bike shops in the area, it’s time for you to make the change and head over to this place, you’ll feel like you’re the most important customer, and know you have quality service and products. Don’t forget to grab a beverage when you’re there in the spacious waiting area! Great place you won’t want to leave! The best bike, ski, outdoors shop around without a doubt!”

“Bicycle store experiences can be subjective on what a rider wants or needs from them. In my case, I am a serious road cycling hobbyist who should know much more about biking and mechanics than I actually do (which often gets me into trouble). Kevin, Tim and the rest of the Out Spokin' team have always given me respect and guidance on all things biking. I've bought bikes and have had them serviced there. They have even humbly put together a bike that I bought elsewhere. They are humans, like the rest of us, and are the first to admit an error. But they are also always willing to listen and meet/exceed your expectation. Out Spokin' is the metric for the type of experience and service I want and expect from my BS. They deserve a visit and chance to service you. Ride on > be safe.”
