“If you ever visit this shop they always have an assortment of their beach cruisers in front of the store. Well one day I was there to get a spoke fixed on my fixed gear commuter and I decided to test ride one of the cruisers. I was SOLD! I purchased one few weeks later. This is without a doubt the BEST bike I have ever owned and ridden. So comfortable so fast the one gear that it is set to is PERFECT for flat and medium inclines. With my old bike I would never ride on overcast days only sunny. This cruiser is so much fun to ride that I ride no matter what the weather is. Sitting upright allows me to take in the gorgeous Cali scenery and keep a healthy posture. I will never ride another bike for the rest of my life. And for those who are still riding racer style bikes I have one question for you….what’s the hurry? Get a cruiser and enjoy the ride!!!”

“Craig did my bike fit and made insoles for a new pair of Lake cycling shoes. He was extremely detailed and worked with me for over 3 hours. I've had my new bike for a couple of weeks and am really enjoying it. I'm still getting used to my position on it, but so far so good! Getting a good bike fit is extremely important, especially if you're a long-distance cyclist. And Dynamic Bike Fit is the best!”

“I just bought my first Linus and I'm in love! The staff was very friendly and helpful - also fast and efficient. The bike I Was interested in was not assembled yet so they quickly put it together so I could test it and were helpful in finding the best accessories for my needs. Great bike and shop!”

“TLDR: fantastic service and fantastic track bikes. The best you will get in this price range! Long story: I was in need of a new track bike after my precious custom Fuji Track Pro was stolen last week. It was foolishly expensive (~$1500) because building cool and unnecessarily high quality track bikes part-by-part was a hobby of mine 15 years ago. Now though, I just needed something that was decent quality, reasonably priced, and reasonably sexy. I spent a few days looking around on offer up/craiglists/FB marketplace to see what options exist these days. It seemed the sweet spot was between $400-$700 based on things like a new tracklord or used fuji track pro/leader. However the bike that really caught my eye was this weird, seemingly self-made bike called the Raptor (or Cyborg) from SGV bicycles. It had the coolest frame I'd seen in my price range, this awesome 70mm chonker of a rear wheel, and seemed easily customizable to my liking (drop bars, etc). Rather than spend weeks continuing the search for a used bikes (and likely still ending up running into issues with whatever I get) I decided to drive down to SGV (1 hour away) and check it out in person. I was greeted by Zoe at the door who was super friendly. It was a bummer and a little awkward that I had to stand outside, as their showroom is still closed, but she happily tolerated my barrage of questions and brought a Raptor out for me to take a look at. After about 20-30 minutes of discussion--including finding out the frame was designed by Henry's (the other co-owner) brother!--I concluded to YOLO and pull the trigger on the purchase. Henry built it out for me with leader track drops, a 17T cog, and a seat pad at no extra charge. I also added some Wellgo straps for an extra $20. They even worked with me to adjust the seat 5 or 6 times until it was the perfect height. Been riding it every day for a week now and have had zero issues. I will probably replace the pedals with some higher tier sealed cartridge ones soon, but other than that i suspect I'll be riding this thing as is for years to come. Overall I am super happy with my purchase and couldn't recommend SGV or the Raptor/Cyborg more highly! Thanks Zoe and Henry :)”

“We took the bike (in front of 1 d, as well as quite a few others. We'll be returning to go through more of the bike selection at a later time, as their prices seemed reasonable. TL;DR--$50 for a bike tune up, and make sure you call before heading up to see if someone is there.”

“George DeWeese is one of the good ones. Always remember you but takes a little hint at times. We recently bought a new soft water system on "store" credit, 11/2 year later was paid off. George personally thanked me that day! Pretty good staff too”

“I’ve bought at least a dozen bikes from Landis. I have been into everyone one of their locations. I like them all but this location is the best. Kevin has always run a tight ship. In all these years I have had just a couple minor problems and Kevin is quick to find a reasonable solution. I find that integrity hard to come by. Thanks Kevin and Landis.”

“Easy access off SW 320th in Federal Way, plenty of parking in the Twin Lakes Plaza. You'll recognize it by the sign as well as the funky door with bike gear design on it. It's a one man operation with a lot of used bikes, accessories and of course advice! Today we got a nice padded bike seat to replace a crummy one on a bike we've had for a while. Decent prices, no hassles, and easy e-receipt. A good little shop.”

“I recently bought a Priority Coast for riding around in Breezy Point. First let me tell you this bike is beautiful, matte indigo and brown, really nice colors. Love that it’s has a rubber belt and I don’t have to worry about a rusty chain or constant maintenance. Their customer service is by far one of if not the best I’ve dealt with. The front fender came slightly dented, I emailed them, had a new fender within 24 hours. Awesome bike awesome people. If you’re looking for a high quality bike, look no further.”

“I was caught in a jam on a ride. I searched for bike shops in the area as the sun was starting to go down and the thought of having to call a Lyft to pick me and my broken bike up was unsettling to say the least. It was about 15min till close and I spoke with the owner and told him about my situation, he assured me not to worry that they wouldn’t close and would help me out of a jam. Not only did they fix up what was broken he also didn’t charge me. For good karma I threw him a $20 anyways. Good customer service. I”

“Half bike repair shop / half cafe shop. While I cannot speak about the bike shop...I can say plenty about the cafe shop! Such an enjoyable experience! The owner, Renatta, was very personable. Our breakfast was fabulous! This lil hidden gem in Ocoee is a must! I have so many more dishes to come back and try! I am looking forward to many more visits tovtry the spinach cheese omelet, quiche, and many of the homemade deserts and pastries! I wish I had come here sooner!”

“My son and I came in on several occasions to purchase a bike good for the city and for trails. We bought the FX-1 in his preferred color-black! Outfitted with special tires, bike lock, tire locks, new helmet, water bottle holder, and pump, he is now ready to jaunt around Chicago. The staff--many who helped us both in the front with sales and the back with service--were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my son who is new to biking, and helpful with suggestions on how best to prevent theft in the downtown environment. I bought a Trek 20 years ago for a sprint distance triathalon and remembered the quality of the bikes. Inspired by his lightweight and smooth gears on my son's new FX-1, I pulled out my classic Trek and it's scheduled for a tune up and new tires as well. It still rides great after all these years. Could not recommend the product or this store and it's staff any higher. Thank you! (We may be back soon to upgrade! lol)”

“Stopped by for a quick (and free) air refill for my back tire and was helped promptly and warmly by the nicest employee. They checked in on how my day was going and how my ride was. They asked several questions about my tire pressure preference before topping off both my tires. Super friendly and knowledgable. They also helped my friend pick out, try on, and purchase a new helmet and assisted with a military discount. Will return again for the customer service alone!”
