  I’ve had my beach cruiser bike for two years now and love it. It’s a beautiful bike and the seat is incredibly comfortable. Definitely not a speed bike but great for getting around. Purchased the classic plus Gotham edition for as a gift and they loved it as well. Overall very happy with the purchase.

  Priority Bicycles makes excellent quality bikes and has great customer service. Their bikes are good looking, and maintainence free at a reasonable price. I've emailed them at 11PM EST with a question and they surprisingly responded within a few minutes and was able to get my issue resolved. You can just tell that their team is passionate about bicycles and their customers. Highly recommended!

  Ordered the ebike Current. The value is amazing and quality components...with a slight hiccup with the motor. Good motor but did run into an issue 2 years later. Customer service was amazing and ended up completely resolving the issue. They will stand behind their products and will support customers when other wholesalers will not respond. Priority ALAWAYS responded to my feedback and my motor concerns promptly. Great value bike and the fact that there is support you can rely on makes these bikes a steal. Their warranty is real and will not give you the run-around.

  I recently bought a Priority Coast for riding around in Breezy Point. First let me tell you this bike is beautiful, matte indigo and brown, really nice colors. Love that it’s has a rubber belt and I don’t have to worry about a rusty chain or constant maintenance. Their customer service is by far one of if not the best I’ve dealt with. The front fender came slightly dented, I emailed them, had a new fender within 24 hours. Awesome bike awesome people. If you’re looking for a high quality bike, look no further.

  The Priority Team has always bin very fast responding to any kind of question/request.
  
  Now I had my first real warranty issue with my 600.
  They got in touch with my local bike shop and the issue was solved in a matter of days.

In my mind this process is smoother, faster and more precise than with a derailleur. Gear spacing is most comfortable. Priority scores a huge win by designing the pinion into the 600. I have not yet had the need to use the full range of gearing. The tires provide sufficient damping of road imperfections.
