(UPDATE) Xavier worked with me to resolve my shipping issue. I'm happy to report that my frame was eventually received. My spacers bag was opened (not sure why), but frame, stem, and parts were all in tact.

Website is super easy to navigate and well kept up with latest inventory, and their chat function is very helpful and prompt. Service at the shop was incredible as well—took the time to fit the bike perfectly and explain things to watch out for as a new biker / tips on my form. They were happy to answer any questions I had and provide continued service as I ride my new bike. Looking forward to using their services in the future as well.
