(November 23, 2019, 4:18 pm)I can't tell you how much I appreciate the customer service. I went into the shop looking for a $2000 bike and was quickly educated by Flo and informed of why I should do an upgrade to my existing bike and then consider an $875 bike instead.
You would expect the opposite to happen. Much appreciated!
