“Okay, let's give an honest review. I frequent this Starbucks a LOT. I come here almost everyday. I usually get the same exact thing every single day. And it's always amazing. Most of their workers are very very nice. But I have encountered two girls who aren't very... kind. I'm usually not that picky about someone's excitement to take an order. I've worked these jobs before, so i know its not always exciting to attend customers who at times are rude to you. but these two girls have always been so dry and snappy. One of them took my order. I pulled up and she took my card and closed the window. I don't like that. That's not what you're supposed to do. She actually didn't give me my card back at all. I was in a rush and totally distracted (my fault) but I grabbed my cakepops and drinks and left. Since I am used to getting my card back immediately, I sort of didn't check to see if I had it. Once again, this is totally on me too. But like I said, they aren't supposed to keep the card. I had to drive all the way from Costco back to Starbucks for my card to which when I called to ask if they had it she asked me if it was (insert colors here) .... uhm yes. It is those colors, and I could totally be lying right now. I go into the store and I tell her that we just spoke on the phone and told her I was here for my card. She proceeded to almost hand it to me... then not. Asked me the name. Which I could see from where I was standing. Just... very very unprofessional. Horribly handled and I was very frustrated thinking as to how anyone could've lied and taken my card. Nonetheless, I love coming here... but these two ladies make it very unpleasant at times.”

“What's a Starbuck? I choose flavor and quality over a name brand any day! Emily's is a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with an easily homey feel to it. The cashier was more than courteous as well as the lady making the drinks. Was she Emily? I have no idea but I'll tell you this, it was made with the perfect amount of love and ingredients needed for an amazing experience. The dessert options are also something to look forward to on your visit which I can only hope is soon enough to spread the love and joy of Emily's Place!”

I usually don't leave reviews, but I am on crutches, and I believe the owner (I am sorry for not knowing your name!) helped me out today and brought my food out for me to my car, they always go above and beyond. So, I figured it was best to pay it forward and let everyone know about the great experience I have had here various times. I always get the spicy turkey wrap and it is stellar.
