I am deaf and it met all of my needs that are accessible such as flashing lights for doorbell, phone and main entrance so I know who's there. Its really neat to have full communication for deaf seniors. Many activities for me to join. No more loneliness for me. Please ignore Delores' comment because she didnt live there. She was a caregiver for a sweet guy. For some reason she stopped working for him. He has to go to the hospital. Delores did not return his key and stole his dog. When he returned home he was upset to learn that she wont return his dog till he pays her $1200 for the dog's gum surgery. Delores never ask him if she can do that. He was so depressed that he overdosed. Yes...he died. We, the residents were Devastated! We refused to talk to her. So that's why she rambled about many exaggerated things. Please do come and visit this beautiful apartment.”
