N I’m addicted to the Lemon loaf, pumpkin bread, n banana nut bread when I go I buy 1 of each. When I’m bad I get 2 each n hide them for later. I was also very impressed with their level of customer service. The Mgr/owner is so cool he bought all my stuff 1 day out of the kindness of his heart. I ended up going back inside In hoping they might be able to make me something else and they did. Female worker, I wish I got her name, was so nice and accommodating. She made me the Okinawa brown sugar milk tea drink with 25% sugar and it was so delicious. My original drink was a lemon honey green tea and i hated it and couldn't drink. If they wouldn't have remade me another drink, I never would have walked into another happy lemon but now every time I come to gilroy I will be stopping by to get that Okinawa drink.”

Their products are definitely a good value for upper crust pastries. The service left a bit to be desired. The servers seemed not happy to be there. I get better service at a McDonald's. No smiles and lacking organization they lacked the training or don't have the skills to bring customers back. Luckily, the food is good, or this place would not survive.”
