“Nice spot for a picnic though there isn't much to do. It's clean with good picnic spots. The toilet situation is a bit harrowing but just take some Lysol spray and a close peg for your nose ???? it's worth a visit if you like the mountains. Great staff!”

“Really nice cabin camping experience! We had 8 people in our little cabin but everyone felt comfortable and there was enough beds for everyone. Showers and toilets are available for all campers at the bathhouse. Not a lot of activities around the camp however, and no walking paths or trails. It's basically just your home base while you go out and do other activities for the day. We had a nice campfire, played the beanbag toss, and watched a movie, but other than that not much to do at the KOA itself.”

“Office staff is nice. My family and I are here till the 18th through the thousand trails collection. They had a spot that had a screened in porch, we asked they gave. Then we have a 30 and the spot was a 50. They lent us the converter with no problem. The only complaint if I had one that they can't control is the sound of the train. But my husband was able to catch blue crab from the back of the RV park.”

“Enjoyed our stay in April, although the tiki bar or lounge was not open, not sure of the open seasons. Alligators were good, no attacks, just growlers. Fishing was awesome. People were friendly. R&TY J&KP”

“Great area. Quiet, off he beaten path and cheap. $10 per night and campsites are spaced apart nicely. About 20min down a gravel road that is a little beat up in some places. No problem for trucks or SUVs but cars should be wary, especially after rain. Lake is gorgeous with great fishing and a few decent trails nearby.”

“U can't get any closer to the ocean at a camp site. Had a great time, only down side is, NO SHOWERS! I would think to have soap in restrooms but no. I will definitely will go back.”

“Basic camp with primitive bathroom. Water source is a 1/4 mile away. There are two campsites. Site 1 is closest to the trail and has two trash cans. Site 2 is slightly away from trail and more private.”
