“Being a single woman of a certain age, I have trust issues with used car dealers and automotive service providers aren't far behind. Thank heavens for Advantage Automotive! They have dispelled my doubts time and again. They are helping me keep a 2011 Ford Fiesta alive. Most recently I had a headlight problem, Brights and parking lights worked, regular headlights, no. It wasn't a fuse either. They quickly found the problem and in the process noticed a radiator hose clamp was missing and replaced that in short order. Last year they rebuilt my circuit board that was corroded and left me with no lights and limited power. They are tops. I always feel safe when I drive away from Advantage.”

I did buy a Chevy SUV he let me know although I am buying a used vehicle it can work perfectly for weeks , months even years depending. I am buying a USED VEHICLE (Keyword)I guess you never know what you are going to get. Yes, there was one issue with SUV if you want to know it was a light fixture up front nothing my mechanic couldn’t fix or even myself. Now this being said I am still happy with my purchase after a few months. So , if you want new go to new dealership if you are buying used don’t blame the seller they are not predictors of what can happen to your used car.Just my two cents 🤷♀️”

“I saw an ad for Nissan Rogue, but it had sold by the time I was able to go test drive it, so Angel had Peter show me around, because they were slammed on Saturdays. I tested a 2013 Dodge Dart, so had no time to research the car. It handled well, had good pick up, very few (if any) blind spots, and was ultra comfortable. Pete & the loan people worked & quickly got financing for me & with all the safety features, my insurance only went up $20.00, and my other car was 20 yrs. old, so that was minimal. Within 3 days, an intermittent problem started with the cooling system & they got it repaired, as soon as possible, which was slower than normal, due to shipping & lack of available mechanics. (heater core), so I was without a car for a very long time, it seemed. I had the car 2 days (I think) and had gearshift cable go out. It took over a week to get it back, but it works great & I love my little car, although, had I researched it, I'd never have bought that Model Year, as that was the year the Dart was reintroduced & there are some notorious bugs for that year. I've joined Dodge Dart Forum though and I'm grateful to Angel and Pete, in sales, and Rob, the GM, plus the guys in the shop who kept me apprised of what was going on, and also installed an antenna for me &, since there was a mix up on license tags, Rob & Angel, thank you for taking care of that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOLDEN OLDIES. THEY GO WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SATISFIED!!”

“My wife wanted a used Mercedes SUV. We went to a couple of dealers around San Antonio and were not impressed. She called Mercedes-Benz of Boerne and spoke to Robert. Robert told her what was on their used inventory. We went just before closing and looked at a 2019 GLE 400 which was only slightly higher priced than a 2018 GLC 350 with 40,000 more miles, at another dealer. She loved it and made arrangements to return the next day to complete the purchase. The dealership was very fast at completing the paperwork (I purchased a Ford truck down the street the next day and was amazed at how much faster Mercedes-Benz of Boerne was). They detailed the car and gave my wife a loaner GLC350 to use until her car was done. Robert brought her car to us in Cibolo and took the loaner car back. Great service from phone call all the way through delivery of the vehicle. Satisfied customer who would highly recommend this dealer.”
