I initially wasn't going to give a review until I knew for sure that the car doesn't have any issues. However, I trust Khaled(sp?) and feel that he is a very honest person, which is very important when buying a used car. He treated my son and I with the utmost professionalism, respect, care, patience and friendly manner. He allowed us to test drive the car a few times, whatever it took to make us feel comfortable before we purchased. He gave us a good deal on the car and even referred us to an insurance agency that helped my son get a decent rate on his insurance policy. He went above and beyond by giving us a 3 month/3k mile warranty. He is a man of his word; when he said he would check on any of my concerns and call back, he always did...just providing wonderful service throughout. So far, my son is extremely happy with his car, and I am elated that he's happy. As of today, I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a car from NC Eagle Auto Sales. “Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service. I have had the car for six months now and put 6,000 miles on it. “Overall excellent experience, my sales rep. Andrew, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, was a pleasure. My only issue, the 2019 JCW (9600 miles), pulls to the left. It's not tracking to the left, it actually pulls. I've put 1000 miles on it, so I'm 100% confident with my conclusion. I feel this should've been remedied before delivery. I take partial blame, because I drove a white one (same year and miles), and it didn't have this issue. Had many things on my mind while purchasing, and didn't complete my usual test drive and inspection. I figured it has plenty of warranty left, any issues should be covered. The dealership did agree to a free alignment, I decided to wait til' my new all seasons were installed, so I'm making the appointment soon. Love the JCW!”

“These people are very smart about what they do. I went in to purchase a vehicle, but had special circumstances that would have made it difficult. They worked with me around it all and the vehicle I got from them was a solid machine, I took it to the mechanic and there was no signs of significant mechanical problems apart from a little cosmetic wear. Even now, months later, it is pretty solid. They also have a nice inventory for the size of the lot. Would recommend at least checking them out.”
