“If you're like me, taking your car into service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed. “I had wheel bearing issue on my 10 year old car. When I called, the owner was responsive and gave me next day appointment. When my car was inspected, owner told me it might take additional cost if things go sideways while removing some part. He said he will try his best to not incur additional cost. To my surprise, I got a call in the evening that my car is ready and no additional work was required. He took extra care to remove some part and reinstall without needing to replace it. That is very rare to find now a days. Two gentlemen work here are the owners I believe. I highly recommend this service center.”
