I was able to crawl under the unit to inspect it, and let me tell you, the floors of the shop are immaculate. My family was able to wander through it while it was being worked on and I was allowed to shine a light into every nook and cranny without being accosted. The mechanic was very forthcoming and answered all the questions I had about the condition the trailer was in. When he stated he wanted to buy it, but was told he couldn't, I was sold. My service provider was Ryan J., he was nice, efficient, explained things in a detailed enough manner to someone who knows little to nothing about cars. It’s easy to feel like some service providers are trying to sell you...well, services that may not be necessary, again especially to someone who knows nothing about cars, but I def didn’t get that sense this time around. I did call multiple times, starting in the morning, completed the form also before I drove. I took the drive because google said open until 5:30 and still today nothing, only the reply to my review which I wanted to respond too but it appears this is the only way I can by editing my review. Definitely there is a process failure when handling the Texas show room remotely. **** I have updated my rating based on the response this week from the company to correct the issue. They have also updated the hours. They are definitely demonstrated they want to do right for that I have changed my rating.”
