“We came here twice. The first time was to test drive the car that I wanted. I was still driving my very first car, a 2008 Toyota Yaris. It was such a reliable little car and I wanted to upgrade to the 2020 version. Our sales rep, Nacho, was very nice and helpful. We made it clear that we were there to only test drive the vehicle and not buy, but one of the sales managers was a bit pushy. He gave us an extremely low price that was honestly hard to walk away from. (I work in vehicle financing so I knew exactly what I was expecting to pay and they beat that.) They also offered us a lot more for our trade-in than what it was worth. We still walked away and promised that we’d be back if the vehicle was still available. We made an appointment with Nacho for the next week and purchased the car. They honored the low price and we had no problems using our own financing. We got through the paperwork fairly quickly and they weren’t too pushy on offering the extended warranty. What impressed me the most is that a few weeks after the purchase, Nacho called thanking us for our business and made sure that I liked the vehicle. He also sent a letter in the mail again thanking us. I’ve never received that kind of customer service from a dealership and it was very impressive.”

“I Hate Car Salespeople, but I LOVED these guys! I purchased my 2010 Mercury Milan from Express Auto Financial last week and was surprised by the service that Maria, Ruben, and Chris provided. My previous car was totaled in an accident recently so to my dismay, I had to go car shopping. I normally despise the experience because the majority of dealers are either misleading, overly aggressive, or are simply more focused on making a profit than being concerned about their customers. It took me at least a week of car hunting just to find a team of people who took MY needs into consideration. I actually wrote a different dealership, that same week, after a bad experience in DeSoto and asked the supervisor to train his salespeople: 1. To LISTEN to the needs of the customer. 2. To RESPECT the decision or right of a customer to NOT purchase their product. 3. To DISCERN when to STOP SELLING! I was pleasantly surprised to discover Express Auto. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with respect and dignity. I could quickly sense that they were genuine in wanting to help. As a matter of fact, I was about to leave because I initially didn't see the car I wanted. And get this... they were actually willing to let me leave without any harassment (I call "hostage negotiations) until I noticed the car I eventually brought. I RARELY write reviews (especially this lengthy), but so often people only comment when they have bad experiences. Express Auto may not big on inventory like the typical dealerships, but they were definitely big on service. Go see for yourself.”
