“Well, the first thing that I liked was the fact that the service department is located in a building with automatic doors, when you pull your car up to the door it opens, you pull up to the next available space, and the door closes behind you. It was a very cold day, and wonderful that we were out of the high winds while we checked our car in! I needed an alignment and was told an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45! They have a very comfortable waiting room, and a great coffee machine that does cappuccino, and hot chocolate, which satisfied my ten-year-old. Before the hot chocolate was cool enough for him to drink, they were finished with my car. I was also very surprised how competitive their prices were. They were cheaper then the repair shops locally, and they did not give me a mile-long list of recommended repairs. I just didn't expect that from a dealership. Also they made sure that I didn't have any recalls outstanding. They sent me off with a smile, and washed my car too!”

“The vehicle we bought today was a find we just happened to stumble upon one night when we drove around Hickory car shopping. The Subaru Outback is just what we needed. We reached out online last week, and on Friday my spouse test drove it. By Monday, I was able to go for a test drive. We live an hour away. Talk about one happy woman! “I purchased a 2009 Ford Ranger truck from this dealership July 1, 2019 and had a very good experience. I was looking for an inexpensive used truck and had one unique requirement; I wanted one with a manual transmission, and nothing else would do. I simply enjoy shifting gears and had not had a straight drive vehicle in about 16 years. Come hell or high water I was going to have another one. Turns out they are hard to come by. Anyway this one had low mileage (67000) and was priced decently. It was serviced nicely, had new tires and some very nice rims to boot. It was certainly worth the trip from Myrtle Beach to Lancaster (a place I lived briefly years ago). Buying a used vehicle is always risky to some degree, bit this one turned out good, and I would definitely recommend the dealership.”
