“Love this place. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The vacuums are always in good working order. They have a large waiting room inside and a place outside for customers getting their cars detailed. UPDATE: I Forgot to mention one very important thing. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I have EVER been in. On my way out I said and I meant it, "Whoever cleaned that bathroom deserves a raise". It turns out it was the young lady at the front counter who did it. I didn't get her name but it was Wednesday, 08/30/23 around 2:30 or 3:00.”

This was the only tow shop in the area to pick up the phone (and on the 1st ring). Joseph was so kind hearted and sensitive to our needs. Not only did he tow our car, he took us around the Jefferson County area to different car rentals. Due to spring break everyone was sold out. He didn't leave us until we were safe in a car. To wrap things up, the radiator and engine had to be replaced. He and his wife assisted with dealing with the insurance company. He replaced what needed repaired and has my car running like new.
