After picking up my car, I listened to the squeaking sound while breaking, but I hadn't heard the sound again. Today my husband took the car in for a long drive, but he didn't hear the squeaking sounds anymore. I am pleased with the overall service from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. This location does diesel emissions testing for heavy and light duty diesels (any year) and has a warm waiting room with a bathroom. They even informed me that I can take my completed emissions test paper to a kiosk (located in select grocery stores in the county) for renewal instead of making an appointment at the DMV. I will be returning next year for sure. Thank you SO much!”

“Came here yesterday with an issue with my gas pedal which scarily became unoperable while driving. I am very lucky I wasn't in a car accident. I had my truck towed to this shop, which was recommended to me by "Good Sam Roadside Assistance" which is the same type of company like AAA and Eric and the rest of the mechanics were fantastic! They were able to fix my gas pedal better than the factory even. I had a very rare issue with the factory welds failing. Causing the plate that the gas pedal bracket mounts to; to sway back and forth and not work when applying pressure to the pedal. These guys were creative and fixed this very bizarre problem. I also noticed a new sound that I didn't have before and I took it back in to the shop the very next day and they quickly were very helpful in helping me find out where this annoying rattling noise was coming from. They even had me ride in the truck with one of the head mechanics to make sure I was satisfied with my truck. Ended up being just a simple rusty bolt that attaches to the front bumper. These guys are extremely honest and trustworthy and super cool, down to earth guys who are easy to talk to. If you are looking for a good, honest mechanic who is reasonable in this side of town, THIS IS the one.”

“I've purchased 3 sets of tires here so far because I'm tired of the shenanigans that discount tire pulls. I have been pretty happy I really with the pricing and service. The selection of brands is super limited, the only truck tire that they have is BFG. I've bought Michelin and Bridgestone for my Yukon Denali and Tahoe - but still have to go elsewhere for Toyo and Nitto for my trucks... Also, the warranty is prorated - so it's not like the certificates at other stores. Wish that had been a little more clear.”
