Christy Heisel service scheduler realized I was on my return trip home from TX and need to get in asap to determine where the noise from my trailers right wheel was coming from as I could not continue home and needed a complete inspection to determine if it was a wheel bearing, brakes or axle problem. “Long story--My 6.7 cummins died on the side of 64 about a week and half go. I had it towed to the closest shop which was in New Albany IN. I had replaced the fuel filters the day before, which I had a funny feeling could be the problem. They had my truck for about a week and were telling me it was the CP3 pump and maybe injectors. This blew my mind seeming I had zero symptoms of either of those two issues leading up to the day it laid down. I was talking to a buddy when he recommended me having it towed to Bohannon Diesel. I called and talked to Gage and explained my situation. I had my truck towed to him the next day. By doing this it saved me around 3k-6k easily. Gage could have easily took advantage of the situation and just confirmed what the other shop had said but instead he was 100% honest with me. The issue revolved around fuel filters and FCA. I went ahead and also had him throw on a airdog system.His shop is an hour from my house and will now be the only shop that works on my truck in the future.”

I took my car for what I was hoping would be a quick AC charge, but I had had some previous problems that made me concerned the problem wouldn’t be that easily fixed. After they worked on it for most of the day, I received the call that my concerns were correct but they could order the part and have my car fixed in a day or so. I was terrified to see the bill but this girl needs her AC! When I took my car back they were so incredibly efficient and kind. I’m positive you’re not going to find better prices or better service in this area! My biggest gripes with garages is usually a lack of communication and that is just not the case here! They kept me in the loop and went above and beyond for me to be able to drop off my car at a time that worked best for my schedule. I certainly won’t be taking my car anywhere else, that’s for sure! 10/10 hands down!”

“In short, I appreciate this business. They provided me with honest advice and well-done reasonably priced repairs. Jamie (owner) was fantastic (and he likes great music!). I'm an economist, so let me tell you what they are not -- New and Fancy. Their building is old, their customer relationship management system seems to be a legal pad, their office area looks like a hoarder lives there, but he has about every automotive tool that exists and he clearly knows how to use them. With such significantly less overhead he can pass lower prices onto his customers without any sacrifice of repair work quality. I had the front and rear suspension replaced and basically I got a price where the back suspension was essentially "free" relative to the prices at the "new and fancy" garages. I will be back again, and will encourage my friends to patron him as well.”
