I needed someone who could tow my fifth wheel, and nobody else on the mountain was able to at all. Was about to be stuck in a bad spot for the night - maybe longer. He was done for the day, but went back out well after dark, got Panorama's heavy truck, and recovered my trailer in the literal middle of the night! Was super nice, stuck to his price quote (even though it took longer than thought), and even helped me get the trailer in the campsite...for lack of a better place to put it. I couldn't be more grateful. I see some bad reviews here, but Rick helped me out hugely, and did a great job at it!”
