I visited Big Brand tires to check to see was my records from the other company was transferred and they were very helpful and everything was transferred. Update got service done at Big Brand Tire service today and was very pleased with my service, the service manager was polite, professional and courteous as well as the other team members. “We just had new tires and rims put on our 2020 Jeep Wrangler. We met with Rocky a month prior to purchasing in order to get some ideas and prices. He even rolled some of the tires with available rims outside and held them against the Jeep so we could get an idea of what they might look like. He was very thorough while explaining availability and what modifications might be needed depending on tire size. When we finally agreed on what we wanted, he had our vehicle in the shop after only a few days. The results really made our Jeep feel like something special.
