“Today, we stopped to place flowers on our parents grave. We found the vase missing. So upon driving home I contacted Brevard Memorial Park and was greeted by a very pleasant voice on the other end. Cheerful and upbeat she ask how she could help me. I related the issue to her about the vase being missing. This young lady is Cindy Shelton. She listened and responded how she would handle the issue and would return my call, once she had the issue checked out and would get back to me. With in the hour I received the call and the issue had been resolved along with a picture of the replacement vase on our parents grave marker. Now that is quality service.
