“My dog was in a lot of pain and needed same day end of life service. My regular vet told me an at-home service would be easiest on my dog. Three other services could not do it that day, but InstaVet was able to send their person from Queens to Westchester where I live, within a few hours. Dr. Fisse and her assistant (I believe her name was Susan) were utterly competent, caring and sensitive. The people manning the phones and helping me submit the information while I was having to go through the awful process were also completely understanding and kind. I am very, very grateful to all involved at InstaVet, particularly Dr. Fisse and her assistant. Despite going through the repeated stress of what they do, they are able to sustain great sympathy for the dog and the people involved.”
