Always helpful and kind. As is the taller younger young lady. Even the majority of the cashier's are polite and friendly. The younger employees tend to not understand how to communicate with people but that's just a sign of the times unfortunately. The adult cashier's are always lovely to talk to. I suppose you get back what you put out there, hmmm? Kindness and patience are wonderful virtues to practice.”

“Amazing customer service! I used to work in retail and I do understand that it is very hard at times. I’ve seen customers insanely rude to employees, and they forget that employees work minimum wage to be treated badly by you so don’t be surprised if you get attitude back. While pharmacy does take awhile, it is worth the wait and they have explained to me that the one pharmacist must verify every drug for each customer so that is why they are constantly on call or look like they’re on the computer. While Lab corp is in walgreens, it is not associated with them. They are a fedex drop off which is really convenient but as a drop off, they can only accept packaged and labeled items. While customer service may be slow at times, I always see employees running around constantly juggling their tasks. Everything is made by hand in photo which is why it takes longer. I did not realize it takes 30 minutes to assemble one canvas. Good employees, bad manager. I’ve heard him page on the intercom for employees but never actually see him on the floor.”

They honestly deal with alot tasks from calls to individuals, insurance and inbound while juggling drive through all during the covid/ aging society/ Healthcare plan crisis. The must deal with hurt, sick, upset, people who might need medication to feel better. They literally deal with a majority of individuals who are upset from dealing with the Healthcare system debacle while being unwell which many take out on the last person they see after their bad day. I know 2 by name Alex and Gabby and they are very personal to the point of remembering the little things of my life and witness them providing as much as possible to even those who come in upset.
