“Absolutely beautiful place. Located in an old inn built in the 1800's. Little Mount Lavender offers a wide range of items from crystals, artisan soaps, lotions, body butter, essential oils and art all lavender themed. What a quaint find. They have also have wonderful Cafe in the back! As well as dessert offerings and fresh made breads and spreads at the counter. Opal was our server in the cafe and she was knowledgeable, friendly and offered excellent service! Definitely a must go to. We will be back!”

“I worked here for over three years until the end of 2022. During that time, I held different positions, including in leadership, and interacted regularly with both the front end and pharmacy staff. In the entire time I worked here I can count the number of genuine racism displayed by staff on one hand and still have fingers left over. Those individuals are no longer employed at the store. Employee safety is a top priority for management, especially in the rough and difficult neighborhood this store is in. Management have spent the entire pandemic communicating with and attending to customer concerns. Unfortunately the pandemic lead to an increase in the amount of theft, homeless and drug addicts in the area, which added a layer of difficulty for leadership. The management at this store cares deeply about the employees and the customers and works extremely hard to ensure both are safe and satisfied. There will always be individuals who misunderstand situations and policies, especially when they lack longevity, work ethic, professionalism and experience. Retail can be a difficult field to work in and when you're new to it sometimes finding workplace satisfaction can be difficult. I learned a great deal during my years working here and I am incredibly grateful for the personal and professional growth I experienced during that time. My family has always shopped at this store, most recently today when my niece came in and walked out very happy with her red nose. Please keep in mind that retail staff are humans too and deserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.”
