“The women working here were so friendly and helpful. The attitudes of some customers there, though, leave much to be desired. The hours that they purchase items and the guidelines for selling items are clearly communicated on social media and in the store, so I’m not sure why customers want to argue with them over polices that employees have no control over. I witnessed one lady be outright nasty to the employee because she was there after their buying hours were done for the day. If you went to Target, would you expect them to keep the store open for you because you couldn’t plan your day to get there before they closed? Be better, people, and treat people the way you want them to treat you!”

I feel bad I don't remember his name but the guy up front (Jarvis) I believe, speaks to everyone which detours shrink. The store is neat clean and organized. The most impressive thing I experienced. There was a young man stocking some shelves. I asked him where a product was. This young man stopped what he was doing with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Took me to the Isle my product was on. Asked did I need anything else and said "Have a good day sir".. ...I was a Store Mgr. In Florida I know good customer service when I experience it. Y'all keep up the good work I recognize the improvements.”

“I am just now leaving the store and tried on several things. There is a young woman in the store named Sam. She was so sweet and patient! She opened the changing room for me, didn't get an attitude when I asked for help, and was just so pleasant and kind. Other store employees have attitudes when you ask for help or ask for a room to be opened. Sam has great customer service! She deserves 5 stars, but I gave a 4 star rating for the overall store because not everybody in there is as pleasant as Sam so just be aware. Thanks Sam!”

Like most BABW stores it is jam packed with stock in every nook and cranny which is great because they often have what I'm looking for without being sold out. They make good use of the space though and the store is easily walkable. Staff is also very quick to get out BOPIS orders and does a lot of prep when big sales are going on so lines can move smoothly.”

Anyone who complains, ad nauseam, that the FACTORY OUTLET didn’t have their size or the color they wanted simply don’t understand how OUTLETS work. The same goes for those who criticize the dearth of helpful staff at the OUTLET. (If you want a particular style/cut of black pants in your very normal size 8/10 and staff members to wait on you hand and foot, may I suggest that you head to the Lord & Taylor at the NON outlet Monmouth Mall. Yes, you’re going to pay more at a regular retail store than you are at an OUTLET store. Aaaaaahaaaa)”

It is on the most amazing floor person MARY, my sister and I was looking for a white tulip chair the website said that you had 2 however we could not find them we ask a girl on the floor and she was like no we don’t have it. We finally found where they where supposed to be and there was none I pulled up the stores website again still said there was 2. There was a girl stocking merchandise, I stopped and ask her for help. She was amazing stopped what she was doing pulled it up on her phone and found 1 in the back went and got it brought it to us, she realized we was still shopping and got our name and took it to the front . She did all this smiling and was so sweet she is a great employee take care of her cause she is working hard to take care of you.”
