“My wife said the store was subpar. Sizing was off seemed like the xsmall was actually a small. The staff wasn’t super friendly but they weren’t horrible either. Price were very reasonable and the sales were good. Dressing rooms were clean and easy to find. All in all its not bad.”

Well folks, none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for the kind help of Miss Jennifer! My heart is smiling now. This was my first time ever being in a Russells store and I was so nervous. I was alone and was bummed not having someone with me for some girl feedback. Jennifer made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. “This is a fantastic western store, I spent entirely too much money but oh well. To top it off I was talking to the lady ringing me up, it turned out she was from Findlay herself and her uncle delivered my son 42 years ago!! 50 miles from home what are the odds I'm waited on by my all time favorite pediatrician's niece whom I had never met before and how her uncle even came up in conversation over a pair of boots is crazy! “Big Frog was highly recommended by a friend, so I decided to stop by. The service was fast, friendly and very professional. Because I wanted a tie dye design, they allowed me to do my own tie dye and bring in my own shirts which I thought was pretty cool. Turnaround was very quick; I placed my order later in the evening and it was ready the next morning. I was so excited and happy with how my shirts turned out. I will definitely be coming back!”
