Customer service has be really good in my experience. Very friendly and as helpful as can be. Wandering the isles there makes me feel like a kid again so it’s pretty fun. Clean and organized I found items I needed fairly easily and checkout was quick and hassle free. One suggestion is they may want to turn down the Halloween music a bit, well a lot. It’s super loud and headache inducing after a few minutes. Overall I think it’s a great place to get party supplies in larger quantities and with a good selection. I always leave there in a good mood lol!”

She was able to preserve the details of the lace and made it fit like it was made for me. She also worked with me to incorporate pieces of my mom's wedding dress.
