He asked some questions, gave some product information , and did an analysis of my feet on the Bauer 3D Skate Lab. I was then given an explanation of the results and an offer to try on a couple pairs of skates. While Nick was lacing me up, he was explaining proper fit and features of both models. Once I made my selection the skates were baked, steels sharpened and installed, and details on store policy and product care were provided. Although my transaction wasn’t complete until after business hours, I was never made to feel rushed or pressured in any way. I left the store confident in my selection and look forward to trying out my skates.”
