“Excellent customer service! I went to the outlet on Labor Day, which was a big sale day, and there was still a great selection of items. However, if you have your sights set on something specific, I would recommend going on Thursday (the day after they replenish their stock) to ensure the piece you want is still there. I'd also recommend getting a rented truck, and have some helpful hands with you to haul yourself. Else you can get a 3rd party shipper to handle it for you. The staff is very welcoming, and informative. Not at all pushy, but also available when you had questions. I also found an issue with one the items I purchased after bringing it home, and they handled the situation graciously. They were seriously caring, and I can't iterate enough how great their customer service is. I can't wait to come back and spend another half a day looking through the great selection! -Tricia”

“My husband, my children and I were displaced in Austin in 2017 due to Hurricane Harvey. I had always loved their blankets and it was a bucket list thing to visit them. I got my wish and it was awesome! The owner was so sweet and showed me where things were dyed and how they were setting up their new location as well. We hung out for awhile and then I picked my daughter a onesie and a blanket. 3 years later we still have her blanket, unfortunately her onesie was stolen from us. Now I'm pregnant again and ordered 2 more blankets! They make wonder quality blankets and clothes. They last forever, hold up to wear, tear and washing without falling apart or fading. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Support local businesses!!”
