She asked a lot of questions about my hair, she was honest about what would work and what wouldn't, and you could definitely see the experience she has in her work. She treated my hair like an art form. The end result was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have been more happy! Also, I was very grateful for the way my daughter, who is 7, was treated while I got my hair done. All of the women at Posh made us feel very welcomed and made sure we were taken care of. Lilly was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and the fact that they also spoke from personal experiences like personal preference, as well as their circle’s preferences for skates they like. I also got help with sizing, as every brand is different, and Lilly didn’t skip a beat with size knowledge. Not knowing my size was stressing me OUT but Lilly gave me the breakdown for it all. Lilly was also very personable, it felt like I was talking to an old friend with how easy it was to make conversation and get all of my questions answered while also being humans and laughing. SERIOUSLY got every one of them answered. I felt appreciated as a future customer because I certainly will be! Also, I found out toward the end of the call that it was JUST Lilly in the store, and I didn’t feel rushed one bit as I know everyone and their mother wants skates right now. Thank you SO much Lilly. You helped me come up with a game plan that will work for me financially and physically! I will be getting Moxi skates from here as soon as they’re back in stock, not kidding. :)”

Shipping isn't the fastest but then again they are making custom shirts so I can't complain. They don't have a way to save your previous orders to re-purchase. But if you call they can email it to you and you can re-purchase, that way you don't have to do a redesign. We run a remodeling company so we are constantly ordering the same shirts over and over, we have had no problem getting ahold of someone on the phone within a few minutes to get the reorder process started. Since we are constantly burning through shirts due to our business its nice that we are getting the best price possible.”
