The staff is very professional and friendly both on the phone and at their curbside pickup. They have gone out of their way to help me on a couple of my orders which I greatly appreciate! For example: I returned several items that were the wrong size online, but when I went to drop them off, apparently the website didn't process my return correctly on two of my three returns and I didn't have the necessary paperwork. Even though they were extremely busy, the manager, Joy, and Henrietta were very nice and were able to get the paperwork sorted at the store so that the return could be processed correctly. I have been working here 2.5 years now, and in my personal opinion this company goes out of their way to take care of employees, especially ones that have been here a few years or more; so much so that I feel its almost to the point of spoiling them, but that not something to complain about. Next time you hear someone complain about Cintas, why don't you ask why, and for facts, and then ask them to think about what has Cintas done for them?
