“Nice selection and great prices! I normally buy scrubs online for convenience and because I couldn't get them anywhere around where I live. But since I couldn't find the specific scrubs I needed online for a new job, I decided to check this shop out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything specific and then told them what I wanted. They then pointed out where I could find everything and I went about my shopping. I don't like being bothered constantly while I shop like some stores tend to do, so I'm glad for that. Any time I had a question they were happy to help. After trying on different kinds of scrubs I was able to find a relatively cheap pair that fit me perfectly. When I went to check out they took the scrubs I didn't want from me and proceeded to check me out and let me pay. A fast and easy shopping experience and I plan on going again. They also have work footwear items and accessories you can check out. Scrub jackets, lab coats, undershirts.”

“As a retired pharmacist, I understand your frustration. I used to get frustrated too. The pharmacy is always a skeleton crew. When you have a person at a drive through, that means that two techs are on cash registers and neither is helping you. By law, one pharmacist can only have two techs, three if one is certified. Most pharmacists hate the drive thru. It means you're not getting any help at all. Even if you have a dedicated cashier, that tech at the drive thru is your tech help.That means they're not answering the phone and not helping you fill prescriptions. My mentor told me that it was better to be slow and take your time filling a prescription than be wrong. The best times to call are about 11am, 3pm or anytime after 7pm. Never call before 11am. You should expect at least a two hour wait time after calling in your prescription, no matter what that computer tells you. If you can wait until the next day, that is awesome. It means your prescription can be filled at an off peak time. If you use the chat function, rather than call, you'll get an immediately response.”

This is already a busy pharmacy and when you add ALL of the patients they absorbed from the Pembroke location closing down, to also being the ONLY pharmacy in this area that is open still until 11pm even during the pandemic. I would also like to say how much we ALL need to have more patience when walking into a Pharmacy retail store but especially this location. I just wonder how some customers, whom I have heard with my own ears, complain after walking in and standing behind the 12th person in line yelling that it's taking too long...I just wonder how some of y'all would feel on your jobs with 200 + scripts to fill and lines inside and out, not to mention having to interact with sick people all day, where some are NASTY with how they treat the employees...how would y'all feel with inpatient people yelling at you...and being totally unacceptable. Do people think this is a fast food process?...it's not...it's medicine, it's not fries.”
