“This is my 2nd root canal w DR Tate and the tooth my dentist thought needed it ended up not needing a root canal. However another tooth did after the more descriptive 3D image machine and thorough analysis at his office. Instead of just doing it he sent me home w some antibiotics w a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. He not only saved me $$ he was able to diagnose and treat the proper tooth. He talked me through the procedure and made painless and efficient. I was leaving for vacation out of state and he wrote me a precautionary prescription in case of infection. I didn’t need it but the peace of mind and caring for his patient was evident. I highly recommend DR Tate. I hope to never sit in his chair again but if needed he is my doctor.”

“I can't stand the Dentist. I've had way too many experiences that make the dentist an incredibly stressful and frustrating place for me to go. I get anxiety just booking an appointment. Yesterday I felt some pain in one of my teeth and even though I'm paranoid about the dentist, when something feels wrong, I go in right away. Rather than go to the dentist I have been seen for a few years that I've never been impressed with, I reached out to a friend for a recommendation. He connected me with Avery Ranch dental yesterday and I was able to get in this morning to see Dr. DeCoursin. The experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff is polite, friendly, and makes you feel taken care of. There is a clear process in this office and I never felt like I was lost or out of place, everything was explained clearly and effectively. Dr. DeCoursin has the type of doctor temperament that you both feel and hear. She immediately made me feel confident and comfortable. I am transitioning all of my business to this office and setting up a cleaning. Even though it's about 45 minutes away from the house we just purchased, the drive is absolutely worth it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“I was a bit skeptical about what to expect of this visit. The front office staff were fairly new and still learning their jobs but very nice. The issue they struggled with the most was our insurance. Once we got there, gave them our insurance and the letter stating they are our assigned Dentist then it went smoother. We had our x-rays and a consult with Dr Park who was nice. I will be back to see her again. We then had our teeth cleaned by Ashley who is super nice and very good at her job. Overall, this is a good dental office, just need to give them time to work out any issues.”

“When no one else would... Let me preface this by saying I’m 29 years old and have had horrible teeth my whole life. I never smiled in pictures and covered my mouth when I talked to people. When no one else would even touch my case (yes it was that bad), Dr. Gandy and staff welcomed me with open arms. Other offices told me that I’d have to have 2 major surgeries before they’d even consider taking me on, and even then the chances were about 1%. Dr. Gandy committed to doing the best he could with my case, and let me know that results could be limited. Here I am a year+ later, not only am I getting close to being finished …. but he was able to do what everyone else has deemed impossible! I have straight teeth! My bite is getting to be almost perfect! My overall health has improved as a result! The results have NOT been limited! The passion and compassion he and his staff have are unparalleled. I can’t even call it customer service… I’d call it family service, because that’s exactly how great they treat you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!”
