“Dr. Alan Chen is exceptional. I’ve had sinus lifts and implants and my husband Tim just had teeth pulled and bone grafting for implants. We moved 2 hours south and I have such faith in Dr. Chen, that we drove 4 hours round trip for my husbands surgery. He just called to check in on him and give us his personal cell number. He is extremely caring and pays great attention to detail. I won’t go to anyone else even if I have to fly into Seattle. He’s just that good! “I have been going to Northshore Dental for about 10 years now and I love this place (well, as much as you can love going to see a dentist)! They have done everything to my teeth ( implant, root canal, crowns, fillings, and deep cleaning). Dr. Chu is passionate about her work; not only does she want to make sure I’m happy with the result of her work but she wants to make sure she is happy with it as well! She is brutally honest with what is happening with your teeth but is very gentle when it comes to doing oral surgery. Leslie, her Registered Dental Assistant, has laughed with me, cried with me, and always has a hand ready for me to hold when I need it! And, Charlene is one of the most patient receptionist- always accommodating and always friendly, even when I call too much with questions. My kids have also been coming here since they were two years old and is not scared of going to see the dentist. I don’t feel like a number here -they are emphatetic, symphathetic, and I feel like they really care about my teeth!”
