The receptionist was pleasant and I didn’t wait long before being called to an exam room. I waited about 10 min before Dr Muthu entered. He acted like I was the only patient there today. Looked over the documents I had completed asked about medications and previous conditions etc. When discussing today’s reason for visit he was totally engaged. After interviewing and examining me, the medication he felt would be best I knew to be probably quite expensive. He took the time to look up my insurance and the cost with that coverage! (It is $$$$) He gave me options and ceded it was my decision. No pressure. It’s not a life or death thing. All in all, this was one of, if not the most impressive, caring, knowledgable physicians I have even gone to and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.”
